Job Description
Seeking a talented Chef to manage all kitchen operations for The Pearl Oyster Bar

Qualifications
  • 5 years supervisory role in fine dining establishment
  • A.O.S. Culinary Degree preferred 
  • High volume, complex food service operation experience 
  • Experience creating menus, recipes and procedures
Responsibilities
  • Provide Direction for all day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Ensure exceptional food quality, utilizing superior products with an emphasis on presentation and flavor
  • Manage departmental controllable expenses
  • Develop a quality culinary team through requiting and internal development
  • Ensure food safety standards and proper food handling procedures 
Compensation: $70,000.00 per year
